⚡ Executive Summary
  • Objective: Design a digital platform merging intimate personal blogging with physical product e-commerce without feeling commercialized.
  • Concept: Translating the exact visual identity of Apple's system Notes app directly into the web browser.
  • UX: Frictionless in-flow purchases directly from stories, powered by a 1-step slide-over checkout.
  • Technology: Lightweight, ultra-fast codebase achieving sub-second Largest Contentful Paint (LCP < 0.8s, CLS = 0).
  • Outcome: The project became an iconic asset for the creator's brand, delivering exceptional community engagement and strong sales metrics.

1. The Challenge: Generic templates destroy creator authenticity

Łukasz (widely known online as lookash / 110299r) cultivated a loyal audience through raw, honest reflections shared as screenshots from his iPhone Notes app.

When expanding into physical merchandise and long-form essays, conventional e-commerce templates (standard boxed grids with aggressive discount popups and banners) would have alienated his followers and ruined brand intimacy.

Core challenge: How do you build a fully capable e-commerce platform that looks and feels like a creator's personal digital notebook while maximizing commercial conversion?

2. Creative Concept: Deconstructing iOS Notes UI

Instead of masking the medium, we embraced the Apple Notes aesthetic entirely in the browser:

Paper Texture & Palette: Warm paper-grain background complemented by signature yellow highlighter accents characteristic of iOS.
System Typography: SF Pro native-style typography evoking immediate psychological familiarity for iPhone users.
Cards as Notes: Every journal entry and product drop was styled as a distinct note timestamped with creation dates and subtle dividers.

3. UX & Conversion Architecture (Frictionless E-commerce)

Mobile traffic from Instagram and TikTok features short attention spans. Eliminating friction was the primary UX objective:

1. In-context purchasing: Items were organically embedded within stories, allowing immediate single-tap add-to-cart without navigating to detached catalogs.
2. Slide-over bottom sheet: Cart interactions utilized an iOS-native bottom sheet modal that kept reading flow uninterrupted.
3. Streamlined checkout: Minimal checkout inputs paired with 1-click Apple Pay and instant mobile payments.

"Working with Jakub was a fantastic experience. He didn't just build a beautiful website for my blog and e-commerce store, but ensured exceptional usability and performance. Jakub took the time to truly understand my brand and audience."

— Łukasz, Founder of 110299r.com

4. Technical Execution & Performance

To gracefully handle sudden viral traffic spikes during product drops, the site was built with a clean, ultra-lightweight codebase without heavy runtime frameworks:

< 0.8s
Page Load Time (LCP)
98%
Mobile Traffic Share
100/100
Google PageSpeed Score

Through smart image delivery and zero layout shift engineering, the site withstands thousands of concurrent visitors during launch moments.

5. Business Outcomes

110299r.com validated that tailoring digital product experiences to true brand character unlocks unmatched engagement and sales velocity.

The store achieved viral acclaim across social channels, generating outstanding checkout completion rates.
